  • What are the desired employability and career standards/benchmarks for all learners?

  • How might incorporating one of the identified employability and/or career standards enhance, modify, or change the product or performance required from the learner?

Note: From the potential list of tasks generated from Steps 1-3b, one task should be selected as having the greatest potential for a student to demonstrate competency in the content standard, a thinking skill, a student learning goal, as well as an employability/career standard.
