PD Evaluation Tools, Materials and Procedures

Continuous improvement, which can be defined as the relentless pursuit of excellence, is the foundation of our work in AEA 267. A set of tools and procedures have been developed to assist you with your continuous improvement efforts in your professional development roles and responsibilities. These tools and procedures will enable you and your training partners to evaluate your effectiveness in meeting the professional growth needs of our educational partners, so we can continue to positively impact and increase student achievement. The data collected from these evaluation efforts will also be used, in part, as we monitor agency goals as reflected in our Comprehensive Services Improvement Plan (CSIP) and reported in our Annual Progress Report (APR).

It is the expectation that all AEA 267 staff that facilitate agency sponsored professional development offerings will utilize these evaluation tools and procedures. Furthermore, for staff with these responsibilities, AEA administrators are being encouraged to devote some time during professional growth planning meetings to discuss professional learning performance and plans for growth.
